By avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach, we can focus specifically on the unique needs of each patient with lymphedema. This allows us to create a customized plan of care (POC) aimed at achieving the best possible outcomes. Whether it's through specialized therapies or targeted interventions, clients receive the most effective support tailored to their condition.

The primary goal of Enable Restore Adapt is to empower individuals and their caregivers by supplying them with essential tools, comprehensive education, and the confidence required to effectively tackle the various challenges they encounter on a daily basis. This initiative is designed to support them in navigating their everyday lives with greater ease and assurance.
Client Centered Care
Referral & Treatment Process
After the initial screening, a lymphedema evaluation will be conducted to assess the client's needs and determine how often they will require treatment. Based on the findings, the treatment protocol will be reviewed, and the duration of the treatment will be established. Once treatment concludes and compression garments have been obtained, as well as functional status and basic self-management identified, the patient will be discharged.
